The SABRE (Systematic consolidation of Arabidopsis and other Botanical REsource) DB provides organized information about plant resources of RIKEN BRC.
The resources are related with the TAIR cDNAs and their annotations through their sequences in SABRE. By specifying a BRC resource number, an AGI code or a keyword, plant resources with similar sequences are searched. All the resources in SABRE are available from Experimental Plant Division of RIKEN BRC.
